BA Hons (Political Science and Government), University of King’s College (2020)
Background:
At initio, Noah hones his passion for supporting the growth of local start-ups and technology ventures and to strive to provide positive client services. As a clinical student, Noah commits to providing accessible business and technology law services, with a focus on assisting clients in commercial transactions, ensuring compliance with privacy laws, mitigating risks, navigating evolving technologies, and addressing key contractual issues.
With a background in law and public administration, Noah brings a unique perspective to crafting legal solutions for his clients, considering their business goals, technology, environmental factors, regulatory frameworks, and social impact. Noah draws on practical experience from his time as a policy analyst for the provincial government, as a legal student with East Coast Environmental Law and The Armour Group, as an assistant with Nova Scotia Legal Aid, and as a consultant for various start-ups and non-profits as part of the Social Innovation Academy Fellowship. Through experiences like these, Noah refines his skills in legal research and writing, regulatory compliance, and contract analysis.
Outside of work and school, Noah enjoys reading, hiking and camping, playing basketball, or spending time with his family’s two dogs, Winnie and Wilbur.
